Let me share an inspiring story with you.

One day, I visited my aunt and met an 8-year-old boy named Roma. On the surface, he looked like an ordinary kid, but his eyes seemed… sad. Usually, kids at his age are full of joy and carefree, but Roma was withdrawn and downhearted.

That same day, I decided to talk to his mom. Her eyes revealed deep worry. She admitted that Roma is anxious about his future, despite being just 8 years old. School subjects didn't interest him, and homework only added more stress. He struggled to connect with his classmates—they just weren't on the same wavelength.

I could feel the mother's pain, who was on the verge of tears, raising Roma on her own.

I suggested trying out programming classes. It's a modern field for children that brings fast results. Most importantly, it would likely resonate with Roma, as he spent much of his time with gadgets.

His mom immediately agreed, seeing it as a glimmer of hope. But Roma himself was skeptical—he would have to wake up at 5 a.m. every Saturday, as the classes started at 9.

And then, a miracle happened. After his first lesson, Roma approached his mom and asked: “Mom, why didn’t you sign me up for programming earlier?”

Those words were magical. His mother’s eyes filled with tears of joy—she saw a spark in her son that had been missing for so long. But then, a new fear arose: "What if this is temporary?"

It’s been 6 years now. Every Saturday, Roma wakes up at 5 a.m. and travels 80 miles for his programming class, never missing a lesson. His motivation is sky-high: he’s mastering math and foreign languages to quickly reach the international level.

Today, Roma is the top student in his class, loves learning, and has a clear plan for the future. He has already chosen his dream university and confidently pursues his goals. His classmates admire him, and new friends support his ambitions.

The most amazing part is — Roma is already breaking stereotypes. He found a way to join the professional community by taking on commercial projects for free to learn from the best. He's the "weakest" in the team, but this only makes him stronger every day.

Roma hacked the system! He proved that the traditional path of “school-university-job” isn’t the only option. He's already at a basic professional level, growing alongside those who are well-established in the industry.
